Review -- Sonia Kashuk Eye on Neutral 02 Eye Shadow Palette

I don't say this very often, but the Sonia Kashuk Eye on Neutral 02 Eye Shadow Palette is a product that every makeup enthusiast should have in her/his collection.

Seriously.

I've had this palette for more than six months now and every time I bust it out to use it (which is very, very often), I kick myself for not having done a review yet.

Now, you may be thinking, it's a boring matte palette in mostly natural shades.

And, yeah, that's absolutely what it is.

But the shadows perform so well, the shades include both cool and warm shades, and you can get all 12 shadows for the reasonable price of $19.99 at Target.

What's not to like?

The palette comes in Sonia Kashuk's usual black plastic packaging. There's no mirror included, but that's probably the only thing that it's missing.

The 12 shades aren't named, but they run the gamut of natural colors so every natural or neutral shadow that you would probably want or need is in here. They include an ivory, a beige, a warm tan, a deep red brown, a deep cool brown, a gray and a black.

While you could absolutely use this palette to do an entire eye look, the reason why I think it's such a must-have is because it is the perfect companion to any other shadow, duo, quad or palette that you might have in your collection.

Need a matte brow bone shade to go with a bold shimmery look? This palette has a shadow for you.

Need a dark matte crease shade to go with a glittery lid color? This palette has a shadow for you.

Need a soft matte transition shade to blend out a bright, bold look? This palette has a shade for you.

I find myself using the darker shades as liner quite often too when I want a softer look.

The palette is just so versatile that I feel like everyone can get plenty of use out of it.

In fact, I liked this palette so much that I recently purchased the Sonia Kashuk Eye Shadow Palette in Neutral Shimmer 03 too. I haven't played around with that too much yet, but a review is coming.

Have you tried the Sonia Kashuk Eye on Neutral 02 Eye Shadow Palette? Are you a fan?
